Are you a Adjoining Owner who has been served a Party Wall Notice?
You are entitled to appoint a surveyor to represent your interests payable by the building owner who has served notice being the party carrying out the works
You have received a notice because your neighbour intends to undertake building works and some elements of these works are notifiable under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
Notifiable works may involve works to a party wall, to a shared boundary or may involve excavations situated within 3 or 6 meters of your property’s foundations.
